STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY LESSONS

Lessons available for a variety of people ranging from someone who has never used a SLR camera to someone who is very competent in the use of a camera and professional photographers who wish to learn how to set up a studio and understand studio lighting better.

All lessons are based on a one to one basis.

Lesson 1

This lesson teaches you the basic techniques of SLR photography including shutter speed, apertures, iso settings and how to focus. We will go through various photographic applications. At the end of this lesson you should feel confident to use your SLR camera in manual mode. Duration 1-3 hours @ £25 per hour.

Lesson 2

The lesson starts with around an hour of explaining the positioning and metering the lighting, understanding flash light settings and using the camera to achieve perfectly balanced shots. We then move on to learn how to interact with the model and learn model poses and start to take pictures using your camera and my studio lighting, together we can look at these pictures and see where improvements and changes can be made, your then free to do what you wish with your pictures. Duration +/-3 hrs @ £150 including the model on a ONE TO ONE basis.
